Use of the App

PausePray grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

User Content

PausePray does not claim ownership of user-generated content. However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PausePray and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PausePray, its developers, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PausePray, its developers, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
